Lucia, We take your feedback very seriously, and we're truly sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please be rest assured that the droppings were from bugs and not mice. The rodent pest control company was called and they did confirm this and serviced the unit. On all of our booking sites it does say that there is no elevator service and paper products are not included. We do encourage our guests to thoroughly read the Rental Agreement. It does remind guests about the paper products and other important information. The parking lot does provide ample parking and large vehicles are always going through. Overall, we do hope you enjoyed the beach and experienced all the wonderful things North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach have to offer.

Thank you for the feedback, Melissa! We appreciate all reviews from our guests and are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We always encourage guests to call us immediately to report any issues, as we gladly replace any damaged or stained linen right away. Our departure responsibilities and paper product policies are clearly outlined across all booking sites, the Rental Agreement under Section 14, and within both sets of check-in instructions. The pre-checkout email simply serves as a helpful reminder of these pre-established guidelines. We truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again on your next trip to the beach!
