The property has a gorgeous view of the mountains. It's just far away from the town to feel like a getaway but close enough to be convenient to restaurants, stores, outdoor activities, and other fun things to do. The house has a ton of space and bedding options.and the hosts are responsive and helpful when needed.

We had the best experience here! AMAZING view, spacious rooms, very well stocked kitchen, and very clear communication. Highly recommend!! It was perfect for both my older parents & my toddler niece. Everything was very clean.

I loved this place. Nice furnishings, comfortable, clean, and you couldn’t have a better view. We used the fireplace but didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub.

The view was spectacular. We had all ages and everyone loved our stay. Would recommend the house to anyone. Easiest check-out ever. We have been going to the N.C. Mountains over 45 years for a week. The best view ever. House had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved the jacuzzi.

Great view from a great cabin

The views were awesome and the cabin was wonderful. Management staff was quick to answer any questions, check in/check out is a piece of cake.

This was such a nice property. I would have no problem going here again. The view is amazing! My only caution is the drive to the cabin. It is a dirt road winding up the mountain the last 1.8 miles. Very manageable, just don’t be surprised. Parking space is limited at the cabin itself. Oh, and don’t forget to pay the “toll” on the way up. The two donkeys insist you stop and give them a treat before proceeding ;)

We had a wonderful time here at this house. The view was spectacular and the cabin had lots of room and a nice kitchen. If you want to see the sunrise in the mornings, you couldn’t pick a better place! The host was very quick to respond to any issues that we had and Waynesville was a nice town with a lot of cute shops and wonderful restaurants!

Beautiful Cabin

Our stay was amazing. We have friends who own cabins in the area and all of them came to see us in this one because of the phenomenal porch and view. We had everything we needed and it was so clean and well maintained. We were sad our trip was so short but we will definitely be back there again.

The view was incredible!!! Cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was incredible. More like a spa tub.Very nice shower in master bedroom. We each had our own floor Perfect for our large family Road is straight up gravel. Beware!!!! We have AWD. The others spun all the way up.We loved it!!!!

Short stay at the smokies

We had a short stay at the house and were impressed by the view — it’s absolutely breathtaking and something we will never forget!The house was nicely cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home.It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. We only wish we could have stayed longer.We would love to come back someday and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in North Carolina.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The home was perfect—three floors, with ‘private living space’ on each with sleeping rooms and bathrooms… it was perfect for my husband and me, our college-aged daughter and her friend, and one of our friends. Everyone had their own ‘space’ and was very comfortable… this home will be my first search for availability for future vacations. Thank you for providing a space for a vacation where I didn’t feel like I ‘needed a vacation from our vacation’ when I got back home! :)

Our stay at 1 Sweet View was absolutely amazing! The management company was excellent to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had nine people staying for my daughter’s wedding and spent a full week there—it was the perfect home for our family gathering. We loved being greeted by Jack each time we drove by; he’s such a friendly little mascot!The views are truly breathtaking, especially the sunrises coming up over the big mountain from the deck. The home is cozy, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches like games for family time. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful, and the stargazing at night was beautiful.We made so many great memories here and would absolutely recommend 1 Sweet View to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The view was absolutely stunning and the cabin was beautiful. It had everything we needed. We liked how secluded it felt even though there were neighbors. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy. We come to the area frequently, and this is the best cabin we have ever rented. We will stay here again if it is available for our next trip.
