Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you`re looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it`s SCUBA, kitesurfing, jet ski`s or drinking margaritas you`ll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

We provide beach chairs and beach towels.
There are friendly cats that roam the property but they are NEVER allowed inside

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 96% refund of the amount paid. The 4% fee is non-refundable to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
We please ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the courtyard after 11:00pm and absolutely no parties... no more than 2 people can sleep here and you must at least 21 yrs old, strictly enforced. No third party reservations. No pets.
