Your next vacation stop⊠PLAYCATION STATION (Cottage ONLY)! This beautiful two-story cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft space and a kitchen. This home sleeps up to 10 guests, 8 in beds with an additional 2 in a sleeper sofa. This home also has a full RV hook-up (sewer, water, and electrical) on the north side of the property.
Location, location, location! This home is located in the heart of Garden City. It is only 2 blocks from the Garden City Park public beach, and is walking or biking distance to everything Bear Lake has to offer. This home is adjacent to Heritage Park and the back patio is the perfect viewing spot for city fireworks. In the winter, take a short 15 minute drive up the canyon to Beaver Mountain ski resort, or go sledding/snow mobiling in the Sinks. As the sun fades, youâll enjoy spending time under the stars and the twinkle lights of the patio while relaxing in the spacious hot tub.
This house truly puts the PLAY into your vacation with a wide variety of card games available for your enjoyment. There are 2 large Samsung Smart TVâs and free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Each bathroom has a hair dryer available for guests to use and plenty of luxurious towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. The Cottage seats 6 in the dining space with additional tray tables. There is also ample parking available that allows for 12+ vehicles in the large circular driveway. PLAYCATION STATION (Cottage ONLY) is the ultimate destination for FUN at Bear Lake and we hope you enjoy your stay!
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guests may go directly to the property. Additional information about the property will be given to guests after they have booked. No smoking or pets allowed. Winter: 4WD strongly advised. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
