Punta Gorda Isles is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida with gulf access! It is located north of Fort Myers. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community. Many miles of picturesque canals wind through the community and offer fishing opportunities for its residents. Many exotic birds and other wildlife call PGI home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are located downtown available for all.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Ring Camera on front entry door.

Its recommended that you have a car for transportation for this area. There is no local bus. Uber services are available. Walking, biking and jogging is common within the community.

The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Will work diligently to accommodate early check ins, but we want to ensure the home is top notch so you can enjoy a relaxing stay. Pool heat is available during your stay. The fee is $20.00 per night and we will advise if the weather warrants. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check in. If you opt to add, it will charged as a separate payment. A pool addendum will also be sent by email and this requires a signature as part of the completed reservation.
