The master ensuite has a king-size bed with a double-sink bathroom attached. The 2 guest rooms have a queen-size bed. The living room has a daybed trundle with a queen and a pull out twin.
The beautiful large windows create an inviting vibe in the light-filled living room. After an eventful day, relax on the comfortable daybed or the sofa/ chairs. Read a book, surf the web via the wifi, or enjoy a movie night on the 70 inch TV.
Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up favorite recipes, including a complete set of full-size appliances and a large collection of gadgets and cooking tools. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.
The home's large backyard offers a patio set to sit and enjoy the mature trees, a breeze that allows you to enjoy outdoor living.
The 2-car garage is accessible but only one side available due to the other being occupied with a few items. Washer and dryer, and air conditioning provide additional conveniences for the home. TVs in every bedroom is a plus!
