Welcome to our delightful studio, a serene haven for couples. Start your morning with a peaceful coffee on the deck, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature. Stroll along the shimmering lake or explore the trails at Picnic Grove. Enjoy an evening BBQ with our grill, and relax by a fire on the dock as the sunset paints the sky. Your dreamy getaway awaits!

My property offers a delightful escape in a serene setting. The porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, you will be renting a private studio unit only and you will have your own private entrance. The backyard is shared but you also will have your privacy.

The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, and a cozy dining area, making meal preparation a breeze.

There is a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods are provided upon availability.

The bedroom includes a TV for your entertainment needs, Also, there is a window A/C installed.

The bathroom is well-appointed with modern fixtures.

The patio features a hammock and propane BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Propane is provided.

The spacious backyard boasts a fire pit area, offering a perfect spot for stargazing and evening gatherings, firewood is also provided.

There is no WiFi, but the cellular service is great.

There is only one parking spot available.

Guests have full access to the entire studio, including the front porch, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. Additionally, the covered patio with the hammock and BBQ grill is available for guest use, as well as the spacious backyard with the fire pit area. Enjoy complete privacy and make use of all amenities during your stay.

Check-out time is 10:00 am

While we provide firewood for your use, you will need to bring your own lighter and flint if you plan to use the outdoor fire pit.

Also, we provide a grill propane powered, we also provide propane and grill utensils.

When using the hot tub please do not use shampoo, bubble-bath, or any foaming products, these can damage the jets and cause malfunctions, if we noticed any type of foam or damage to the hot tub, there will be a charge of $500, is strictly prohibited using soap or any type of foam in the hot tub, only water.

Please note that no kids of any age are allowed.

1. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($500 fine for smoke odor removal)

2. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm until 7am. Noise complaints are not tolerated may result in full deposit charges, also, no pets of any kind are allowed, if you are bringing a service dog, you need to send me the documentation in advance. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

3. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, the place has a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Please do not invite additional guests.

4. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we I effectively prepare for next guests.

5. Please note check-out time is by 10am. For late check-out additional charges may apply, result in $100 charge per each 30 minutes.

6. All reservations require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

7. Please use the designated parking area and do not block any driveways or access points.

8. Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the property to conserve energy.

9. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
