Only 5 miles from Downtown Indianapolis, only ONE BLOCK to Speedway’s revitalized Main Street with fun restaurants, quaint shopping, an ice cream parlor and more! Only 1.5 blocks to the first turn of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This home is in the perfect location.

Speedway, Indiana claims to be a “Town built on Tradition” and you feel that in this wonderful home.
This home was built in the 1930s and includes many updates, it has also has retained its charm of a 1930s home with:
• original glass doorknobs
• original bathroom tile
• built-in cabinets
• lovely original (albeit creaky) hardwood floors throughout
SLEEPING SPACES
• Tranquil Primary Bedroom – king bed with memory foam mattress
• Lively Indy 500 Themed Secondary Bedroom – Full bed and twin bed
• Living room has a pull-out chair that is approximately the size of a twin bed
• Blackout curtains in both bedrooms
• Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms
NO ARTIFICIAL FRAGRANCES HERE!
No scented air fresheners or other artificial scents are used in the home. To further limit artificial fragrances, all bedding and towels are washed with a no-dye and fragrance-free laundry detergent.
Note: Conventional cleaning products are used in the home for thorough cleaning in-between guest stays.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Free parking: There is LOTS of street parking in front of the home, as well as to the side of the home. There is one spot reserved for this home on the far right side of the driveway to the detached garage only 100 feet from the front door. Please note that the Town of Speedway prohibits street parking during qualification and race days at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (only one block away). If you are worried about your stay conflicting with a race, please reach out and we are happy to assist.

The front porch is my favorite spot in this home... followed closely by the comfortable beds, seating options, and well-stocked kitchen. When there, you will find me at the racetrack or sitting on the front porch with my favorite drink watching the day go by.

This home is in an incredible location for race fans and visitors to Indianapolis alike! Only a short three-minute walk to the speedway, or a 10-minute drive downtown, you are close to everything!
