House Rules for Scotsman’s Hill Lounge
1. Check-In and Check-Out:
•Check-in: After 4:00 PM
•Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
•Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
2. No Smoking:
•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.
3. No Parties or Events:
•While gatherings are welcome, loud parties or events are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
4. Respect for Neighbours:
•Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
•The house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests (6 Adults & 3 children). Please do not exceed this limit.
6. Pets:
•Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee will apply.
7. Parking:
•On-site parking is available for up to 2 small vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street but license plate required.
8. Cleanliness:
•Please treat the house with respect and leave it in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty.
9. Safety and Security:
•Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
•Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security systems.
10. Damages:
•Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any issues or damages promptly.
11. Use of Amenities:
•Enjoy all amenities responsibly and follow any provided instructions for appliances and equipment.
12. Waste Disposal:
•Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins out front.
13. No Unauthorized Guests:
•Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property.
14. Emergency Contact:
•In case of emergencies, please contact 911. Then reach out to the host immediately.
