Our thoughtfully designed studio apartment features a chic and open layout, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The space is furnished with modern décor and amenities, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, and the comfortable living area is perfect for relaxation. Whether you`re visiting for work or pleasure, this studio is a stylish and functional home away from home.
A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.
Ahad Residences in Business Bay is situated in one of Dubai`s most dynamic neighborhoods, offering a perfect blend of business and leisure. In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
