The Space:

Raccoon Ridge is a spacious second-floor retreat that sleeps 6, offering comfort and style across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, private ensuite with a stand-up shower, and sweeping views of the golf course and ski hills. The second bedroom has another Queen bed, while the living room offers a cozy Queen pullout for 2 additional guests. The second bathroom includes a shower/tub combo—perfect for families with little ones.



The open-concept living area is designed for gathering and entertaining. Cook with ease in the full kitchen, share meals around the dining table, and then unwind by the gas fireplace while watching cable or streaming your own Netflix. When the weather’s right, step out to the private patio to soak in views of the ski hills.



With inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning scenery, Raccoon Ridge sets the stage for an unforgettable Blue Mountain getaway.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. This unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.

The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
