Vi rekommenderar att rida Elliot Bay Water Taxi från Seacrest Pier till downtown Seattle.

Cozy, comfy cottage

This 1912 cottage was very comfortable to stay in. It was perfect for relaxing and reading. Excellent bed, well-equipped kitchen, and updated bathroom all with good quality linens. Near California Street, which is chock-full of great places to eat and shop. Only saw Joe, Laura, and Nala once, but they are nice people and dog.

wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays 2022.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It’s in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and grocery shopping. It’s about a 25 minute bus ride into downtown Seattle with a stop just a few blocks away. The hosts were very helpful before we arrived answering any questions that we had, and were very informative about the neighbourhood etc. once we were there. Nice people, with a beautiful dog! No complaints whatsoever.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was comfortable and clean. Many amenities and supplies were available, which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. In a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The only minor drawback was parking. A spot was always available on the block, but not always right in front of the property.

Storybook cottage

This was my first air bnb. It will probably be the one I remember the most. Very cozy, private, and altogether relaxing. It was nice to be able to wind down and hear my thoughts in peace. Great hosts!

Cozy and comfy

We had a great weekend at the cottage. Great location in West Seattle just turn right when you leave the house toward the Junction. We parked the car when we arrived and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean and had all the ammenities we needed. Thank you!

Fun with Family

We were comfortable, cozy, and contented at the Northern lights cottage. It's vintage charm came through, the location, and the price will keep us coming back.

Amazing location, super accommodating owners.

Laura and Joe were so wonderful. We rented their cottage for my father and his dog during our wedding month. Multiple things came up within our family and they bent over backwards to help us. I really can't sing enough praise for those two. The cottage was clean and well stocked with new towels and cute decor. There is a light musty smell but it's an old cottage and it's Seattle. We're used to it-plus-it adds to the charm! The dog was comfy with the little yard and it was easily accessible to grocery stores and restaurants (3 blocks max!). Totally worth it. We would totally use this space again for overflow family if needed.

Mini home away from home

Lovely. Perfect location, hosts and neighborhood. I stayed here form a 2 month clinical rotation and I felt I was coming 'home' every evening. I will miss this sweet cottage and West Seattle. The restaurants, nightlife and coffee shops were all within walking distance. Easy access to the major roadways, and just a feeling of safety and comfort. Thank you for being such great hosts and accommodating my needs. One small thing, add a space heater to the bedroom, as it can get a bit chilly if you close the door off from the living room. Thanks for a great stay.

loved it.

I love anything old so this little cottage was perfect for me. It is located in a great neighborhood and has a small yard for my small dog. Comfortable bed. Fun living area and sweet bathroom. The kitchen had everything including fun old cabinets and a cozy eating area. I will stay here again. I am sure of it.

Convenient West Seattle Location

Nice little rustic cabin conveniently located in West Seattle. The kitchen is well stocked, which meant I was able to cook most meals during my one month stay. The owner, Laura, was always available, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Thanks!

LOVELY COTTAGE

This unique 1 bedroom cottage was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Was within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The furnishings were comfortable and Laura and Joe left things for us like shampoo/conditioner/soap/hairdryer/snacks/coffee which were very helpful and much appreciated. Nestled behind a larger 2 story home which I found out had 2 places to rent! Would rent this property again.

Quaint cottage, close to so much!

The cottage is adorable and stocked with necessary items, even wine glasses which I also brought from home , not knowing if there would be any. On street parking was always available, even when returning later at night. Walking distance to downtown and all the shops and grocery stores. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. I'm already making plans to return for another short vacation/long weekend. Thank you for making our 1st experience with VRBO such a good one.

Cozy, comfortable cottage

We were so pleased to find this little cottage in West Seattle. It was close to friends, the West Seattle Junction and easy access to the Water Taxi for a visit to Seattle. A great 4 days. The owner was helpful is getting the Direct TV working properly and the cottage is comfortably supplied. We highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice West Seattle option for a single or couple

Very easy property to book. Owners are very professional. Excellent quiet upscale location in West Seattle. Easy to find, and on-street parking was always available. You can walk to the West Seattle Junction area for food and shopping. Cottage is well-kept, everything works, incl good wifi. Bed is a double and it is a touch creaky. The yard area is small and I can't really see it as a play area for kids. I see it as a great option if you're a single or couple wanting to be in West Seattle.
