En vackert renoverad stor period tre våningar, parhus med 7 sovrum och fantastisk havsutsikt i Abersoch byn.

Beläget i den pittoreska, livliga och "Times bästa ställen att leva" i Wales byn Abersoch. Huset ligger centralt, 1 minuters promenad från byns centrum med alla barer, restauranger och butiker, och 5 minuter från stranden, yachtklubben och golfklubben.

Huset är självhushåll och sover bekvämt och dines upp till 15 personer, det är tillgängligt som semesteruthyrning året runt.

Island View har 7 sovrum över två våningar (1: a och 2: e), inklusive 2 kungliga rum, 2 dubbelrum, ett fyrbäddsrum (med våningssängar och enkelsängar), en tvilling och en singel.

We were a family of 14 staying at the property for a long weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house was well maintained, spacious and comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchen with lots of day space. It was great to be able to sit around one large dining table.All bedrooms were well furnished, pleasant and cosy.Although the outside space was limited we were able to sit at the benches to enjoy a drink.This family house is excellent for a holiday in Abersoch, with only a short walk into the centre of the town. Highly recommended

Amazing weekend in Abersoch centre

We were celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends. We had a few things planned around Abersoch and the location was perfect right in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really just wanted to eat and drink and celebrate together in the house and it was a perfect space to do this. The bedrooms were all a great size. Lovely clean comfy beds and plenty of room everywhere. We had 3 Labradors with us and so needed space and it really was a perfect home for the weekend. We hope to book again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This property was lovely and clean in a good location..lots of things in the property that werent listedon the property information which made the stay even better ...the location was great close to amenities and pubs and not far from the beach ..we all really enjoyed the stay lovely place

Fantastic location

Beautiful large house very close to the beach and centre of Abersoch, lovely bedrooms to choose from and with all the utensils, towels etc to accommodate a large party. Our only small issue were the scatter cushions on the sofas needed a clean/change and the floor left your feet a bit dirty. That said, we had a fantastic stay and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful property.

Great Abersoch location

Excellent location & perfect for large families or group of friends, has no outdoor space though. Situated on the corner of a road so a gate for safety would make it more child/dog friendly.

A short trip to Abersoch for Mothers Day weekend . Accommodation was perfect for the 14 of us , plenty of space for all ages . Only slight negative was that a couple of the double bed mattresses could have been more comfortable .

Lovely stay, big house, amazing location

The house was a great space in a great location. 5 minute walk to town and beach, lots of parking at the house. Lovely downstairs area and bedrooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The house generally had everything you could ask for but there were a few things we ran out of that could do with looking at - we had minimal toilet paper and bin bags so had to go out and buy more and we had no hand towels in any bathrooms but we made do as drying towels are provided, we also couldn’t get the iron to work - nothing major that particularly impacted our trip but just so people know to bring extras! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay at island view the house is equipped with everything you need and in the best location. We’ve stayed in other houses in a large group before and always felt cramped but didn’t feel that at all at island view. We had plenty of space whilst still feeling all together. The kitchen/ lounge area is great for socialising and the huge dining table was amazing it’s not often you are able to all sit together to eat in a big party! We can’t wait to return!!!

Fab property. Well maintained with good facilities. Google homes in pretty much every room! Great location for town and beach. Well equipped. Great for a big group or a couple of families. We had 2 families and grandparents and plenty of space to be together or apart! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

A week in the house with 4 generations of family, suited everyone. Only problem the grandparents couldn’t use the sofas as they were very soft and low down but apart from that perfect house and will definitely go again and great for the dogs too

On arrival found one toilet in main bathroom not cleaned, the top floor needs some attention. The shower needs up grading and all the bathrooms need separate back lite shaving mirrors, as shaving was a bit hit and miss.

Needs improvement and satefy updates

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing, with several significant issues impacting our experience. While the property initially appeared promising, we quickly discovered it was not properly cleaned or maintained. The back garden contained dog mess and a bin bag of rubbish. We also found sweet wrappers under a bed, and several of the supplied duvet covers were ripped. The BBQ was also extremely dirty and ill-maintained. In the main family bathroom, there were drainage issues with the bath, making showering hazardous as the surface became very slippery. We purchased bleach to try to alleviate this issue, but to no avail. The Dyson left to vacuum the downstairs area was full and blocked, which we had to clean out and clean the filters to make it usable. The kitchen was dirty, the coffee machine was covered in grime, the toaster was crammed with crumbs, and the sugar jar was untouchable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only 8 forks and 5 teaspoons available, leading us to purchase additional cutlery ourselves. Furthermore, essential items like hand soap were missing, and there was no welcome pack, local information, or appliance instructions. When we brought these issues to the owner's attention during our stay, we received only a brief response, without even an acknowledgement or thank you for purchasing the necessary cutlery, which felt quite impolite.Most concerning was a faulty safety latch on the boiling hot water tap in the kitchen. Lovely property and area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Abersoch over Christmas and the house is beautiful and spacious. We had a few problems with the internet and one shower would not drain away so could not be used but other than that the house and area were great. I think that in future providing linen may encourage those from further away to rent as those can take up a lot of weight and space in your luggage but we knew that before we rented , this is just an observation. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and the owners had provided a Christmas tree which added to the festive week. Thank you!

We are the Cox Family from Cheshire, 4 brothers who have holidayed in Abersoch all our lives (we even lived there for a couple of years).

We bought Island View as a family project and holiday house in 2007 and have been trying to make this lovely big house better each year!

We undertook a major refurbishment of the house in early 2019, with major internal remodelling to the ground floor to make a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a 2.7m island and 3.3 m long dining table with bench seating.

We loved the size (we're a big family), the location (close to everything), the views (without the Multi Million Pound price tag) and the period nature of the house.

It's super cool with all the mod cons, wonderful entertainment space and still holds the period charm.
