This bungalow was so relaxing and quiet. The location was perfect for us. We were in town for a graduation at UNCC. The home was just 10 minutes away. Access to highways, restaurants, and many other amenities. There was a great screened in porch as well. We had our dogs with us and they had plenty of room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this very reasonably priced Vrbo in NC! The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The hosts were excellent from start to finish, especially when it came to communication. They were always quick to respond, kind, helpful, and made everything seamless. The house itself is beautiful, charming, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location is private, quiet, and peaceful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charlotte area!

This trully makes us happy to know you felt like it was a home away from home! You both were great guests. Hopefully the weather will be better next time, so you can enjoy the fire pit. 🤗

Earnest and Allita are amazing hosts! The home was clean, cozy, and fully exceeded my expectations. We were in town for intensive therapy sessions for my daughter. To my surprise, the space was pleasantly accessible for her practicing navigation in her kid walk. All the furniture provided was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was near fully stocked for our personal cooking needs. There was plenty of hot water for showers/baths. We both slept well each of the 5 nights we were there. A box fan provided was a big bonus! The screened in front porch was our favorite space. We didnt get the opportunity to utilize the fire pit area out back, but the set up was very nice. Both, the sunrises and sunsets could be enjoyed from the property. For a mother traveling alone with her daughter over 6 hrs from home, this stay was a great experience. The neighborhood was safe. The location was excellent and convenient to access the main roads.Great communication with clear and simple instructions for check in and check out. I hope to book again for our next visits.

This is a cute house. This is the first rental ive been in with so much light most owners try to keep it darker to hide blemishes or dirt. Very clean and warming. Only suggestion i would give is add a couple bowls for mixing in kitchen and have landscaper do rehab on outside. House is very deceiving from outside looks a little overgrown but great inside

Great!!

First time in Charlotte for wedding anniversary trip, spent some time shopping and day in Carowinds. Very nice area, we LOVED the area. Close to near by convenience stors, shopping and amusements. Down town is a short distance away. I requested to have some roses and wine ready for my wife upon our arrival and they did it without a second thought! Pay was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back. Enjoy your stay!

Festival getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s well taken care off, accurate and the location is great between the speedway and uptown. It’s also not super close to neighbors which gives a better sense of privacy. Only thing to point out is the kitchen is pretty basic, we didn’t have oven mitts when baking stuff, no toaster, and very limited utensils. Other than that, it was a great stay!!
