The Bird's Nest:
The perfect space for a couple who loves nature and birdwatching. This upstairs simple studio offers a small balcony with jungle views. At dusk, lucky guests sometimes spot monkeys swinging through the trees!
Matrimonial Bed, table/desk, bathroom, basic kitchenette for light meal preparation ...What else do you need for a cozy, quiet getaway?
We are located only 5 minutes from Akumal Bay where you can swim with the Sea Turtles!

The space
The bird's nest is an upstairs king studio, perfect for a couple looking for a quiet and relaxed retreat away from the crowds!
The room features:
-Kitchenette with mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (only suitable for light meals - for full kitchen see our listing "KING OF THE JUNGLE"
-Sliding glass doors overlooking the jungle, a birdwatcher's delight
- Seating area perfect for a quiet meal
- Super comfy queen size bed with overstuffed pillows
- Modern bathroom with double vanity and stall shower with on demand hot water
- Free WIFI (as fast as you can get in the jungle)
- Air-conditioning with dehumidifying feature and ceiling fans

-We do have 2 cats who roam around and dogs who are in a gated area.
-This is the Jungle - There will be bugs, spiders, iguanas plus various other wild animals.

CAMP RULES
1. No smoking in rooms (Outside is OK, but not in pool or pool deck)
2. Absolutely no illegal drugs allowed on property
3. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
4. No unattended children in the pool
5. There is a replacement fee for lost or damaged items
6. Additional guests must be registered; charges may apply
7. The Management is not responsible for valuables left in room
8. Please lock doors & windows when not in the room
9. Have fun!
10. Most importantly, please note we are on self-generated electricity and it is extremely expensive. Turn off the air-conditioning, fans and lights when not at home. Do not run air-conditioning with windows or doors open. Please conserve energy when possible, thank you!
QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM â 8:00 AM
It is not allowed to congregate in groups in common areas, pool deck or patios & terraces during quiet hours. During these hours we also ask that you keep noise and music to a minimum inside your house. Please be respectful to all guests!
CHECK-OUT
It is not expected for you to clean your room upon your departure. However, we do appreciate it being left tidy!
