Perched on a bluff overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan, this property boasts both historical charm and breathtaking views.
Built during the Roaring Twenties, the home carries a fascinating connection to the infamous Al Capone. Its elaborate woodwork, sourced from two mansions in Chicago's Gold Coast, was meticulously retrofitted to enhance the homeâs unique character. Two fireplaces further elevate the homeâs historical appeal.
Upon entering the upper-level unit, you'll be greeted by a spacious main floor featuring a kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath, and a hallway leading to the second floor.
