Walk inside the door you will find spacious living space, with a large 50" Smart TV with Roku with satellite TV access.  The living area has a rock fireplace, and French doors to a deck with mountain views. The living area is open to a kitchen with a dining table which seats 4 plus bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker that will make single serve but will also take ground coffee like a regular drip coffeemaker. The kitchen has French doors to a deck overlooking the golf course.  A main floor bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large Roku TV. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway for guest convenience.

Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom and a large Roku TV. There is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a Roku TV. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway and a laundry room.

Located just off 18 hole Wolf Creek public Golf Course.  The HOA property has outdoor areas for gathering and a sand volleyball court.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden. Eden Utah is located in Ogden Valley, home to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course and & Nordic Valley Ski Resort.

Make sure to purchase tickets online in advance for our ski resorts, especially at Powder Mountain as they limit day tickets and the price increases with time. Full season passes are still available and you'll need one to ski at Powder on the weekends in February. Night skiing is an affordable option for just $19 at Powder! Again, purchase online in advance as they sell out Night Skiing often. Reid Hastings, the co-founder of Netflix, purchased Powder and is offering an amazing uncrowded experience by limiting tickets and offering home owners private lifts.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
