The property features a private guest suite, located off of the main house, with a full sized bed and private bathroom. In the main home, you'll find a first-floor bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second floor includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with both a queen and a full bed, making it perfect for larger groups.
The living room is spacious and ideal for relaxation, the kitchen is well equipped and the dining room offers a table for 8, plus additional seating at the kitchen island, provide plenty of space for meal preparation and gatherings. Outdoors, enjoy the back patio with comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining. There's also an inviting sitting area between the main house and the private guest suite, complete with a table and chairs.

As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
