Incredible apartment, brand new, with a 48 mÂČ sea view, beautifully decorated, featuring a very comfortable sofa bed for watching TV or accommodating 1 person to sleep, a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a Split air conditioning unit. Integrated balcony to relax in a hammock and enjoy the sea view from the 6th floor of the building.
