Spektakulärt läge, lyxig villa vid Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve

The design of this villa is great! Large areas, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, with high cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light and ventilation. Originally built in the late 80's and remodeled in the year 2001, and yes, although it would be nice to have bathrooms with new contemporary style we take great care on keeping all fixtures in perfect condition and super clean. We provide to our guests the opportunity to have access to all the resort through our membership but is important to understand that we have zero (0) profit out of this and all charges are handled by the Dorado Beach Club. Our community is within the 400 acres of the resort and has a pool, jacuzi, tennis court and access to the beach, and in our golf cart guests can ride along all the trails of the reserve. But if our guests want to enjoy all the other amenities the resort has to offer, the Dorado Beach Club temporary membership has to be purchased through our membership. We strive to provide a memorable stay for our guests and are only a call away. Welcome!

We are very surprised to hear that you had a disappointing stay. In our last communication, you even mentioned that you had recommended us to your brother and his friend for an upcoming stay. I am not sure why you believe the property is managed by a third party. The person you were in contact with the entire time was Kim, the owner, who answered every call, text, and request for information. You may also have been assisted by Andreas (Kim’s daughter) when communicating through VRBO, and Karelis, who came to help with the TV, since we manage the property as a team. As for the club, I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding. All of the details, including costs, refund timeline, amenities included, etc., are detailed in the Rental Rules and Club Application, which we require all guests to sign as confirmation of having read and understood them. Unfortunately, your application for the club was sent to us the same day of your arrival (the Club requires two weeks' processing time, which is also stated in the Rental Rules). Despite the late application, we expedited the process to secure your club passes and had them ready for you the next day. We even provided some leniency on the consumption deposit to accommodate your early departure on the last day. As for the deposit refund, we try our best to initiate it as quickly as possible, but we are dependent upon the Club processing and providing us with all of the receipts for your stay, for which they normally take 30 days. Again, this is all detailed in the Rental Rules and Club Application. With regard to the beds, we will look into it, but this is the first time we have received a complaint about them. We normally have heard the opposite. We would never want a dissatisfied guest to feel pressured to stay with us again, so we understand your decision. Best, Kim & Andreas
