The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for crafting fresh summer meals, while the spacious backyardâfeaturing a fire pit, a large deck, and a sandbox for kidsâinvites you to savor warm evenings under the stars. Inside, enjoy a versatile den that doubles as a playroom or office, offering flexibility for work or relaxation. After a day at the beach, rinse off in our refreshing outdoor shower and unwind with a glass of North Fork wine.
For a change of scenery, enjoy a meal at the luxurious Pridwin Hotel or the popular Sunset Beach restaurant, both just a short walk away. Whether you're lounging by the fire pit or exploring the islandâs natural beauty, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

We perched our home on a hilltop to soak up the sunshine and capture the sound of birds and the rustling trees.The location is unbeatable â just a stone's throw from the island's most beloved beach.
Our family of four has already made countless memories here with cousins and friends, and we can't wait for yours to do the same. Welcome to your island home.
