Lovely cottage with nice deck off the open living space, a good sized kitchen, dining and living room. 2 nice sized bedrooms on the main floor with a 3/4 bath and upstairs are 2 more nice bedrooms and a half bath. Swim, canoe, kayak or sail in the glorious crystal clear waters of Lake Winnipesaukee and experience the magic of Island living in this private location. Come here and sit by the outdoor fire pit and watch the moon rise or cozy up to near the wood stove in the living room. Bear Island has lots of trails to explore and even a church that is like out of a fairy tale.
