Come for a retreat by the river and enjoy with the whole family at this spacious and peaceful place to stayâŠ.perfect to relax and play! A private beach on the West River, a soccer field, game room, office nook, pool table, gorgeous kitchen and moreâŠ.
The River House is immaculately clean. Beautiful space in a beautiful place decorated with all original art and handmade pottery. Truly an experience.
Come to swim, ski, bike, fish, hike, explore, relaxâŠâŠ
The space
The house is comfortable and clear with space to be inspired. The tone of the home is rejuvenating and healing. There is a path down to the West River just outside the back door!
The outdoor space includes access to a soccer field, private backyard, private riverside beach, and pretty views.
Each bedroom is outfitted with 1 queen bed. There is a family room, game room, and office nook. We have an absolutely gorgeous kitchen to cook in! The art on the walls, in the cupboards and found around are all made by the artists that offer the space to you.
A sweet place to be.
Easy access all seasons with a paved driveway. Equipped with Tesla batteries so your power wonât go out!

The River House is a perfect place for families and retreat getaways. Centrally located with so much to explore! Newfane is our neighboring town. We share a ridge line with Putney. Brattleboro is less than 20 miles south. We are a short jaunt away from Stratton, Okemo, Bromley, Magic Mountain and Mount Snow. Manchester is under an hour away.

Brookline is an awesome, centrally located place nestled within the West River Valley. We have a big sky and rolling mountains. The river flows by.

The River House has a private beach and the home has so much to offer. Our game room is equipped with a pool table and large 75 inch TV. There are board games and places to sit and read a book. We have a glorious kitchen to cook in. Whether itâs enjoying the outdoors or coming inside to relax and retreat, we got you covered! Come and ENJOY!
