Buyer Beware

Private and secluded, view was awesome. Driveway was nothing short of scary, recommend truck only! Forget about using outdoor grill and hot tub, terrible! Shouldn’t even advertise them.

Awesome view, very private and secluded. House was also very nice. Driveway was nothing short of scary, very steep and lots of ruts. Everyday was an adventure leaving, as tires would break gravel loose and tires spinning. Recommend truck. Didn’t use hot tub, half full of water and full of bugs, tried cleaning, even bought chemicals, but it was so foamy couldn’t use. Don’t expect to use hot tub, nasty. Outdoor grill was also a disaster, needs to be replaced, state of disrepair. Pad where it sits was full of mud and gravel, concrete had mold, see pictures. Most outdoor furniture needed to be replaced, very old and worn, some chairs had seats completely ripped off (grill area)If you want a view and nice house okay, forgot about any outdoor activities. Called and complained first day, Vacasa said someone would reach out and contact us, never heard from anyone.

Get ready for a twisty turning road that takes 15-20 mins to get there from the main road (Not a complaint) Beautiful place up the mountain’s over looking beaver lake, beautiful home! Absolutely beautiful view, Just not taken care of by the cleaners. Arrived inside the home with a horrible stench!! We looked around, saw trash in the kitchen with a beer bottle, opened the garage door and if I could I’d leave a picture… I would. But trash was sitting in the garage that’s what the horrible smell was, I picked all the trash up and stuck it outside and it was A-LOT, so disgusting that there was maggots on the ground from the trash. We got to looking around and the countertops looked like there weren’t even cleaned, fridge icebox had a broken handle, the shower in main bedroom leaked water out everywhere after taking a shower and SOAKED towels when we laid them down. Some of the sliding door doors were hard to shut and open, it was also not mentioned how steep it was to get in the driveway, I was in 2 Wheel drive spinning diff locked going up the drive, I tossed it in four-wheel-drive to not tear up the driveway out of respect. The first day we grilled out hotdogs and hamburgers and the propane grill was nasty and not cleaned can tell but just looking at it. The hot tub was filthy, we tried cleaning most of what we could with the net that was down there so we could hop in. Another thing is there was hardly any cleaning supplies to wipe down counters or clean the floor, we actually
