This house was immaculate. So beautiful and peaceful to allow us to relax through our travels. The communication and information was exactly what we needed upon arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. We honestly wish we could have enjoyed the home longer! Thank you for the opportunity to stay, rest and enjoy the area!

Great property and very clean. Very buggy, hard to even use the outdoor space (hot tub, patio) because you would get swarmed with bugs. Opening the door led the bugs to come inside because there was no screens.

Thank you for your stay. Since you left a 4 star reviewI wish there was something to approve upon unfortunately we aren’t able to control the bugs outside in the summer time. There are screens on the windows and slider doors just not the front door. Not sure about the “there are no screens” we are always looking to improve to ensure a 5 star stay.

The property was great, a perfect location. The house was outfitted well. One opportunity for improvement would be accurate information provided to vrbo by the host concerning the door entry code. We were sent the wrong code by vrbo. After we talked directly to the host the situation was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was great.

Brand new home, very nice

Very nice home, brand new, nice floor plan, convenient to Grand Haven and other places, it could use a few more touches, but it was sufficient.

Enjoyed our time

Nice new home for a family weekend. Clean and well appointed. Could use a bit more seating in the living room but we made it work and enjoyed the visit. The landscaping is in process and will be nice when the grass comes up. Great fire pit (we didn’t use it) in a great settings. We would rent this home again.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Would HIGHLY recommend. A group of us stayed for a CrossFit competition and it was so clean and nice. Fast communication for questions. Good size for 8 people. The only thing to note was the bunk bed bottom beds were a little close to the top bunk for an adult to sleep there.

Our first impression was a WOW! It really never changed from a wow during our entire stay. My 2 extremely minimal suggestions would be to maybe bring your own pillow and that the shower head was not the easiest to use for those with longer hair. We are excited to book our trip here again next year! A really nice VRBO through and through. The host was also extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The house is beautiful with an amazing view out the back. 5-stars overall. We were a little nervous about staying somewhere with so few reviews, but that's just because it's a nearly brand new house. It's just a couple minutes from downtown Grand Haven, which has a lot of great restaurants and shops to visit. If you're going to the area, I highly recommend visiting Rosy Mound Natural Area for a beautiful walk to a quiet beach, and I highly recommend using this house as your home base.I did put 4-stars for the check-in process because there was a mixup somewhere in the process and we didn't get the check-in procedure with the code for the front door, but I texted the owner when we got to the house and they got back to me pretty quickly.

Thank you for the kind words, I apologize for the delay in check instructions. The house is new and you were the first guest. I later found out the details were submitted within the app, honest mistake but has been corrected. Thank you for your stay and I hope we can host you again in the future
