⍟ Valet Parking at The Grand
Stays under 21 days: Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $48, payable directly to the building.
Stays of 21 days or more: Residential parking is available for a $160 flat fee for the entire stay. To request parking, notify us immediately after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in.
⍟ Valet Restrictions
Height limit: 6'6" (suitable for most SUVs; excludes trucks or vans).
No parking for slingshots, motorcycles, scooters, or mopeds.
No electric vehicle charging stations are available.
⍟ Street Parking
Limited metered street parking is available for vehicles that exceed height limits or cannot be accommodated by the valet.
⍟ Car Rental
An on-site Enterprise rental car company is located in our retail lobby for your convenience.

BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
Must-Read Before Booking:
✶✶✶Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.
✶✶✶Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.
OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan your arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
PARKING RULES
✶✶✶$160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
✶✶✶ If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
✶✶✶ $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
✶✶✶PARKING DISCLAIMER:
Please ensure you submit your IDs, car details, and parking receipts by 2 PM, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the administrative office closes at 4:30 PM and is not available on weekends. Any IDs, parking receipts, and car details submitted after administrative hours on the arrival date will require guests to use valet parking at their own discretion until the administrative office opens again as all parking slots are managed by the building.
When you first arrive with your vehicle, proceed to the residents’ parking garage and stop at the ramp. Ring the intercom and let the attendant know that you are a new tenant and that you need to get the parking sticker. They will open the gate and you will then proceed to the P2 level to have your parking sticker installed. Just tell them your name and your unit number. Once the sticker is installed you can park anywhere on the P6 level.
✶✶✶RECEIVING PACKAGES:
Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay.
Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
