Location was much smaller than described. I’m 6’2” and had to crawl onto the bed due to the extremely low ceiling in the bedroom. The staff was very responsive to our communications. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfectChecking in was easy. The lower level was cozy, but felt spacious. It was great having washer/dryer. The loft area worked for us, but if you are tall it may feel a little tight. The bed was comfortable. We would rent again! Thanks!!

25 year Anniversary

Great location right off Duval. Easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants around Duval. Bathroom is a good size for a smaller property and the kitchen is well equipped. We would stay again.

This was a short walk to the main drag (no pun intended).It's small but had everything needed for just the 2 of us, and host was very quick to respond to questions.

Best location ever. Close to Duval street but still quiet. A great little place. Has everything you need for a great stay. Host was always there to answer any questions and very helpful.

Loved this place!

Last-minute booking after we got scammed out of our place to stay. I could not have been happier with the accommodations. The management company was wonderful. Would love to stay again!

Porchside Paradise

Beautiful little cottage with sitting area on covered porch and fenced in yard. Great location 1/2 block off Duval. We had a great time and will most definitely be back.

Location is Great

Just a half block off Duval makes this location a great stay. The parking is just around the corner (by paid permit with the property manager). We stayed in a single unit, but two other single units in the same building can be rented for an ideal stay with two other couples.
