This beautifully appointed poolside condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 4, having a King in the master bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. There is a gorgeous full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs, including a dish washer. Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio while watching the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms ensures your comfort during the warm summer nights. Entertainment is provided by a Flat Screen TV in the living room and a Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (150Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serranoâs Bar and General Store. Also in the lobby is our concierge âEllyâ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the âCâ and âDâ buildings is a coin/op 3 machine self-service laundry. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar at the âThree Amigas Cantinaâ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous âCabo Archâ and âLovers Beachâ. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.
If you are driving there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

We choose Marina Sol for our business, because of the location and the wonderful people that stay at Marina Sol, also being only minutes from the golden sands of Medano beach and just minutes to the center of Cabo, the Marina and some of the best dining in Mexico. Marina Sol is a very quiet and beautiful complex, it features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo and it is surrounded by an oasis of Palm trees, exotic plants and grass, itâs the ideal place to relax while you are on vacation.
