This beautiful remodeled 3-bedroom 1737 square foot Penthouse condo with Vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina can sleep 6 guests, having 3 bedrooms (a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom and 2 Twins in the third bedroom), there are 2 well-appointed full bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. A large dining table seats 6. Bar-B-Que on the large wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the âTres Amigas Cantinaâ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room and Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms, Netflix is available on all 3 TV's. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main building you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serranoâs Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge âEllyâ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas.
Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
A two minute walk and you are on the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous âCabo Archâ and âLovers Beachâ. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
For your laundry needs there is a large washer and dryer in the condoâs laundry room.

We choose Marina Sol for our business, because of the location and the wonderful people that stay at Marina Sol, also being only minutes from the golden sands of Medano beach and just minutes to the center of Cabo, the Marina and some of the best dining in Mexico. Marina Sol is a very quiet and beautiful complex, it features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo and it is surrounded by an oasis of Palm trees, exotic plants and grass, itâs the ideal place to relax while you are on vacation.
