BR#2 1 king (main level) suite with bath
BR#3 2 queens (downstairs) suite with bath
BR#4 1 king (downstairs) using hall bath

Main Kitchen : Fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, Bunn coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, full set of dishes, Dining Room seats 8 and breakfast bar seats 6

Downstairs Kitchen : Fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, eating area

2 Large gathering rooms with televisions
2 screened porches and gas grill & griddle area with 3 tables overlooking the lake. Direct TV. WIreless internet, free WiFi. Roku, bring your logins for streaming.

Baths with towels provided, each with a hair dryer.

Boat dock with swim pier and kayaks, plus boat slip with lift (V-hull) available for guest's use.

And to entice you to come in the cooler months… a wood burning fireplace.

Many people ask about the origin of our lake house's name, and it comes with a charming story.
Years ago, during one of those unforgettable family moments, my son’s oldest daughter was having a meltdown. The exact reason has faded from memory, but it was clearly something crucial to her. As many parents can relate, he was unsure how to respond to her intense personal crisis. Should he scold her? Laugh it off? Show compassion? Or perhaps throw a fit of his own?
In an unusually calm and clear moment, he simply said, "Baby, I know there's happiness in you somewhere. You need to figure out how to Free the Happy."
Whether or not his words had an immediate impact on her, they resonated with me. I loved the phrase, and it quickly became a family catchphrase.
Today, we have a beautiful house on Smith Lake that truly embodies this sentiment. Come discover what you love at Smith Lake and let yourself Free the Happy!
