It was super clean and a super convenient location. The two pools were very nice with one of them being an adult only pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and would 100% go back again

Christy is an excellent host because she is extremely responsive and shows kindness. The condo was very clean and well equipped with extras such as beautiful little fireplace that was easy to use and all of the old televisions show possible for quiet entertainment. The condo also included a large bath tub with jets for use after those daily adventures hiking, playing tennis and pickleball and other sports. It was close to everything including the Dixie Center. This complex includes a peaceful spa for massage and other services. I highly recommend Christy and her condo and hope to stay there next year during this time of year. Susan

It was such a nice place for us to get away. My mom and I had a girls trip and I loved how close it was to the pools but not loud at all. Having the adult only pool was so nice to just relax without the kids. The patio with the lounge chairs was perfect and the landscaping was beautiful with plenty of area to walk my pup including several waste areas to keep it clean. We didn’t use the pickleball courts this time but having all of the equipment made it so tempting. Will definitely visit again.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, if you like fluffy pillows. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet, as the Luxury Retreat was in a quiet, residential area, and the privacy was so nice as each home was one-story attached. The 2 pools were clean and beautiful, although we did not swim this time. The host is kind and easy to work with and many thanks to her! We will return again.

Great place to stay for a couple or family. Pool and hot tub easily accessible and just a few steps from the room. Room was very clean and had everything we would need. It’s a little under an hour to Zion’s front gates for those looking to stay here. Overall very pleased!

Exactly what I hoped for.

The property was perfect for our visit. My daughters have a gymnastics competition in St George every year and for the first time we skipped a hotel. It was clean and the kitchen was so nice to have.

Dog friendly

Positives: Towels and linens nice.Blanket on edge of bed is a nice homey touch. Pickleball set and pool towels nice and convenient. Kitchenette is nice. I’ve stayed in a different unit in this complex without one and it was nice to have it. Dog friendly-lots of grass, waste disposal area. Quick to respond when I messaged. Very quiet and quaint property. Family feel. Location of complex is nice. Unit is close to parking lot and pickleball courts. Negatives:Water pressure in shower is terrible. Head is moldy and needs a good soak. Toilet barely flushes-I was afraid it was going to break on us. Needs updating. Jets in tub moldy-I wouldn’t bathe here because if it-showered only. Air was constantly running and loud. Beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. They are bouncy, squeaky, and small. Full size. Dirty floor-feet were black after walking on it. I don’t believe it’s been mopped in a while. Pools had lots of bugs and weren’t very clean. I had to ask for check in info the night before we were supposed to arrive. Once I asked for it, it was great, just wish it was provided before I had to ask and worry about it. Had to pay final deposit for stay several weeks before stay-not sure if this is a VRBO thing, or the owner’s thing but I’ve never had to pay the final deposit until the actual stay before. Overall it was just ok. I really like this complex and I would stay here again, but maybe a different unit with better beds and cleaner.

Sabrina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m really glad you appreciated the towels, linens, kitchenette, dog-friendly spaces, and the convenient amenities like the pickleball set and pool towels. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the quiet, family feel of the property and the overall location. I also truly appreciate you bringing the concerns to my attention. I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the shower, toilet, tub, beds, and floors — as well as the late delivery of check-in information. Please know I take this feedback seriously and will be addressing these areas with my cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure they are resolved for future guests. Regarding the payment schedule, I believe that may be part of the VRBO system, but I’ll double-check to see if there’s flexibility or clarification I can provide in the future. Thank you again for staying with us and for your honesty — I’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide an improved experience next time! Best, Christy

Will definitely book this weekender again! The older property seems to be undergoing some maintenance; but the room itself was spacious, nicely decorated & lovely. The big bathroom, queen beds, pillow options, semi-private patio, location and the fact that it was pet-friendly were most important to us for our 2-night stay. There were thoughtful touches to the room -code-entry, pool towels, a playpen, floaties and a well-stocked kitchen. We used the family pool, which was clean and not-crowded, and were grateful to find rackets/balls to use to play pickleball.
