Denna moderna bekväma lägenhet på 1300 kvm har totalrenoverats från topp till botten. Allt från ett helt nytt kök, till nya mattor, brickor och möbler. Denna enhet har en 51 "Samsung plattskärms-TV monterad ovanför den marmor inneslutna spisen i vardagsrummet och en 32" Samsung platt-TV monterad i båda sovrummen. Den har också trådlöst internet, bänkskivor i granit, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek och helt nya LG-rostfria vitvaror i köket. En Keurig kaffebryggare och K-koppar finns också.

Det stora sovrummet har ett minne skum king size madrass toppad säng och komplett sovrum set. Fullt renoverat stort master badrum med en klädkakel med dusch i glas, rymlig dubbla fåfänga toppad med platta granit och en rymlig garderob.

Det andra sovrummet med sovrum sover 2 bekvämt och innehåller en queen size-säng med skummadrass. Stor garderob tillsammans med ett bifogat badrum slutför det andra sovrummet.

The home was actually better than the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. The location is close to parks and canal for walking.

The perfect Arizona getaway

The condo so was perfect for two couples. Loved the large patio (great even when it’s was hot outside) and the pool that was close by! The unit itself was amazing - beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!!

Great Time in Scottsdale

My wife and I travelled to Scottsdale after spending some time in Las Vegas, and this is the perfect accommodation for relaxation and golf. The condo was as described and in perfect condition. The ongoing communication from the owner prior, during and post stay was excellent and provided all the info that was asked for. We have used VRBO on many occasions and would say that this was the best accommodation found to date. A car is vital for this stay area with plenty of golf courses and restaurants nearby.

Amazing property

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO, and similar properties, but none comes close to the absolute perfection of the this property and the owners. There is nothing that you could imagine wanting that isn't stocked in the unit. Paper goods, spices, cleaning supplies, laudry detergent - it's all there. Bikes&helmets included, and the most amazing beds - my wife slept so well, she wants to get a mattress for us at home like the one there. Kathie was incredibly easy to work with, and responded almost instantly to all of my silly inquiries (know a good restaurant nearby?), and was the most pleasant person to deal with - incredibly flexible for all requests. Don't hesitate to book this property - it's ideally situated in quiet area, plenty of space - modern appliances, nearby to everything you would need.

The perfect rental property for our Scottsdale vacation!

We stayed in this condo for 10 days and it was wonderful. We had great communication with Kathie and the pictures of the condo showed us exactly what to expect. In fact, we found it to be even better in person. She has beautifully decorated the apartment and it had everything we needed. Ground floor was a big advantage. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need and very nice appliances. A short walk to the very quiet pool. Location is close to everything in Scottsdale and a really nice park is just a few blocks away.

Beautiful condo in great location

We are so happy with our experience at Kathie's condo! Upon arrival, we checked in ourselves via keypad instructions. The condo was extremely clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The TV had Netflix and we enjoyed the heated pool every day. The condo is only a few minutes drive to the nightlife and shopping of Scottsdale/Old Town. Planning on coming back again soon, thank you so much!

Month-long Stay on Starlight Way

We loved this well-kept two bedroom, two bath condo in a great location! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood with close access to walking-biking (2 bikes included) paths and a park a few blocks away. We especially enjoyed the oversized patio! The condo has everything needed for a wonderful vacation and Mark and Kathie are great hosts and very easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for 6 nights in this lovely condo. It is very well provisioned and in an excellent location. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay there completely. The owners were very responsive to questions and were extremely helpful. We are very pleased we stayed here and would return when we can again visit Scottsdale.

Relaxing & Tranquil Stay

Our time at this Scottsdale condo was beyond our expectations. The property was very cozy, cute, clean and close to several restaurants, spas, shopping and recreational activities! We did not want to leave. The property owners were very pleasant and provided excellent details on entering and exiting. We also took advantage of the quaint patio and bikes. This property looks exactly like the pictures, maybe even better in person. I would give this property an A+!

Wonderful Scottsdale Condo

We loved our stay at this well appointed and comfortable condo. It was a quiet community - perfect for us! The pool is a great place to relax and stay cool. Absolutely no complaints - we were sad to leave and hope to visit again soon!

Golf trip

This was supposed to be a golf trip for me a d hubby, but last minute he couldn’t go so my best friend did. The condo was absolutely perfect!! It’s spacious, super clean, and in a safe neighborhood. We used the bikes every day; golfed 4 rounds; 2 days at the pool, which was busy with many travelers, but so quaint & fun for meeting people a d socializing; the beds were extremely comfy and the best appliance in the kitchen besides the Keurig was the SALAD SPINNER!!!! I have gone through 3 salad spinners at home and out of 7 VRBO stays, there’s never been a salad spinner. Kathie and Mark have taken fantastic care of their property and are wonderful hosts. This is a ground floor unit and the people upstairs are “heavy footed” at 6am each morning; but we are morning people and the patio with coffee was the place to go! I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely book it again in the future. I didn’t want to leave!

Luxe condo and great condo

The condo has everything you could need and so much more. Condo was very clean, well stocked, bikes, high end finishes, comfortable beds and very comfortable for everyone. It is close to so many parks, trails and downtown Scottsdale. So much to do for all ages and at all hours. Had family Christmas away from home and one of the best trips ever!

Great stay

Condo was exactly as described. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and the room stayed dark in the morning with the blinds and curtains pulled. Kitchen was well equipped and the check in process was simple. It was great having the 2 bikes available as my wife and I used them a couple of times to bike to old town Scottsdale. Overall a great stay!

We started visiting Scottsdale 14 years ago when our oldest daughter moved for her career. We love the beautiful weather, sunshine and mountains views. It is a great town to be as busy or as relaxed as you want. Always something to do and see, great restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking. museums, art, Spring Training. The list can go on and on!

We chose our condo and area of town because it is centrally located to all that Scottsdale and greater Phoenix has to offer. Highway access is just minutes away and main roads are within 2 blocks. Beautiful parks are within walking distance as well as the Greenbelt walking/running trail, just outside the condo community entrance.

Walden Court is a well-established condo community that is quiet and beautifully maintained. There are mature trees and grass areas to enjoy along with the large community heated pool, spa and outdoor grill area.
