Casa di San Lorenzo är en enkel, charmig bondgård som ligger i de toskanska kullarna 20 minuter väster om Lucca. San Lorenzo består av två hus omgivet av olivlundar på 4 tunnland. Huvudbyggnaden har stort kök, matplats (i och utanför) .Living rum, 4 sovrum och fyra badrum. Det finns också en vedeldad pizzaugn belägen utanför huset. Det andra huset (Casalina) har kök, matplats, vardagsrum, ett sovrum och två badrum. San Lorenzo har en stor pool som ligger på den övre delen av fastigheten. Poolen är öppen 16 Maj-30 September. Detta område har två pergolor, en för avkoppling och en för middagar. Det finns också matlagning område med vedeldad grill, kyl och rinnande vatten.
Ankomster är lördag: 16:00 till 18:00. avgångar lördag: senast 09:30.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

I cannot say enough good things about this property - two couples with two kids (5 and 12) stayed here and everything was perfect. It is quiet and peaceful but a great base to explore the area. The host was responsive - even set up a pizza night on the property - do this, if you have the chance, it was so much fun and the pizza was amazing.

Historical charm

The villa had nice charm, we enjoyed meals together under the pergola. Hoped to use the pool more but it was freezing, good for a quick dip and then out. Villa was fairly well equipped but be prepared to go right to the market to buy, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner. In the US these are provided.

Beautiful Property

We Stayed here for 10 days. Of those 10 days, we had 3 leisure days at the property where we relaxed, did laundry, and hung out at the pool and cabana. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious and the pool area is relaxing and accommodates a large group. Our best friends stayed in the apartment while my husband and I, sister, and my husbands bother and wife all slept in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked a few meals. We also took advantage of the offer to have a meal cooked for us on our arrival day. The house is close to the walled city of Lucca and Pisa and the sea are not far. It is further from Florence, about an hour and 15-20 minutes and even further from the hill towns. The road to the house is narrow and winding with multiple switch backs. I recommend renting an automatic car instead of a standard in order to navigate the switchbacks. This property is great for large groups and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing house

It's a really rare experiense, but this house is event better in real life. It's so well done. Interior, furniture, everything. The Kitchen is well equiped, in both houses. All beds are with new great madreses and there is aircondition i the bedrooms. We wish to come back again.

Little piece of heaven

We rented this wonderful property for four weeks in July 2022. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our adult children and 14 month old granddaughter. The place was splendid. Air conditioning and wi fi were excellent. Lorenza, Christina and Rena prepared delicious meals during our stay, including a fabulous pizza night. I found the walk to the pool up a steep walkway a bit difficult at 71 yrs old in 37C temperatures but the pool was magnificent. The pool was also equipped with a nice tiered set of steps which was great for the baby to play on safely with supervision. The property is not close to any good restaurants so we enjoyed the large refrigerators for stocking up on food. The villa’s handbook is very out of date. It really needs to be redone. We were grateful for the internet and google maps to assist us. It was an incredible experience for our family.

Beautiful Tuscany home

We had a lovely experience. The house was charming and beautifully situated up in the hillside. Anna and Lorenza were very attentive and Lorenza made us one of the most delicious meals of the trip. I would highly recommend the home for your vacation. The one point I would also make though is the road getting to the home is very winding which would have been good to know in advance. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay!

Wunderschönes originelles toskanisches Ambiente, toll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Schlafzimmer für 5 Paare, fabelhafter Ausblick vom Swimmingpool. Überhaupt Nichts kritikwürdiges. Wahnsinnig nette Betreuung durch Anna und ihr Team. Wir wurden 2 mal am Ort kulinarisch verwöhnt - unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Perfect villa for family-friends vacation

We had a really lovely one-month stay at this property. There was plenty of space for a company of 9 people ranging from adults to teenagers to toddlers. Key highlights for us: - beautiful charming property with nice mountain views, 35 min drive to the beach so worked perfectly for us; - plenty of bathrooms for our big group; - annexed house is very spacious easily housing a family of 4 (pullout couch downstairs, fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms); - both houses are very well equipped with all you might need during your vacation (kitchen has a variety of pots and pans, 2 coffee makers, BBQ tools, etc., there are hairdryers and straighteners in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, all bedrooms have AC); - there is an experienced team that takes care of the property meaning they already predict what you might need during your stay; any problems, they will fix it super fast; - Pool area has a separate gazebo for lounging in the shade + an extra gazebo for eating + an outdoor BBQ/grill area with running water. - Pool entry has wide steps lowering into the water, super helpful when swimming with toddlers. The entire team of Anna, Lorenza, Nicola, Lucca, and Rina were amazing, super helpful, and always available. The pizza night that Lorenza, Rina, and Nicola arranged for us was one of our vacation highlights and needless to say, they prepared and served the best pizza we have ever eaten :) We will be back!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Pool hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Pizza-Ofen. Check-in war unkompliziert und Anna ist sehr nett. Supermarkt ist nur 10 min entfernt. Danke für die tolle Woche!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit unglaublichem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und jede Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit Anna war super - grazie! Wir waren eine Familie (8 Erwachsene) und die Aufteilung der Häuser und Pool war ideal. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit Feigenbaum, Granatapfel und Olivenhain, alles sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt auch, dass der Besitzer Nicola Inneneinrichter ist und alles selbst gestaltet. Die Küche hat eine mega Ausstattung, es war alles vorhanden, cooler Gasherd. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage und es gibt genügend Bäder. Parken auf dem Gelände und vor dem Grundstück ist kein Problem für mehrere Autos. In 25 km Entfernung ist man schon am Meer, welches auch zu empfehlen ist, besonders Forte dei Marmi... Die Poolqualität ist ausgezeichnet und er ist sehr groß, die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Perfekte Mountainbike- und Rennradstrecken sind direkt vor der Haustüre zu finden. Der Besitzer hat an einem Abend für uns Pizza im Ofen gemacht - absolut traumhaft, nicht zuletzt wegen der Tiramisu:-) Absolute Empfehlung, wir waren begeistert!

Prachtig huis op een fantastische plek! De foto’s doen het huis geen recht, in werkelijkheid was het nog mooier. De communicatie met manager Anne verliep prettig en snel- niets was te veel. Het zwembad en de ruimte er omheen waren heerlijk!

A slice of heaven on earth!

As beautiful as the photos are, they cannot match the overall experience that I enjoyed. In fact, I extended the stay twice because I did not want to go home and the schedule worked out.. The management, Anna, her sister and brother-in-law could not have been nicer or better hosts. By the time I left, they felt like family. They helped with the best restaurants, places to shop, places to sight see and arranged for the best driver whenever it was necessary. The house and cottage are extremely comfortable. I enjoyed best sleep I've had in a long, long time. So relaxing as a getaway. The natural beauty was beyond the best imagination. The swimming pool was a wonderful private refuge. The experience was beyond a 5 star property. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic week for dads 60th birthday

We’ve just returned from a truly fantastic week. The villa and grounds are stunningly beautiful, and Anna the property manager went out of her way to make sure we had a great time organising a delicious seafood meal for us cooked at the villa. If I could give 6 stars I would I’m hoping to come back again

Bästa tänkbara!

Charmigt, gammalt men modernt hus på sluttningen till ett av Toscanas hänförande lummiga berg. Vacker stilfull inredning med välutrustat kök. Härligt poolområde med "allt". Vi hade en helt underbar vecka, familj om tio personer. Vi grillade, bakade stenugnsbakad pizza, så gott, och njöt av livet. Hans o Ingbritt med familj
