Modern 3BR 2 BA I hjärtat av ön, kort bilresa till Acadia National Park.

En modern, bekväm, ljusa stuga i ett tungt trädbevuxen stadsdel ca 6 miles väster om byn Bar Harbor. Avskilt, privat och mycket tyst. Alla bekvämligheter i ett hem och en stor central plats för att utforska ön och Acadia National Park - bara några miles till Visitor Center i Hulls Cove och inte långt från havet på Hadley Point. Transport vägförbindelser är också bara några minuter bort. Snyggt skogsmarker och återvunna kyrkfönster lägga till en saga känsla.

Första våningen har ett sovrum med en drottning säng, nya mattor, och ett badrum. Andra våningen har två sovrum, ett med en hel säng och ett med 2 enkelsängar, och ett andra badrum.

En välkomnande plats du kommer tillbaka till igen och igen en gång upplevt.

Hyran är rökfri och husdjur är inte tillåtna.

The house was more spacious than we had realized and the beds were comfortable. The deck and the washer/dryer were wonderful amenities to have. It was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit. Would recommend to a friend.

Great cottage

Nice cottage in great location. Very comfortable beds, all amenities you need. So close to Acadia- 10 minutes and you’re parked.

Our stay in August 2107

We (family of 4, kids: 9 and 13) visited Acadia in August of 2017 and enjoyed our stay a lot. House is nice and clean and conveniently located - very close to the park and Barr Harbor. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful house and location

My family of four (two teens) loved our stay at this cottage. The pictures don’t do the house justice - all rooms were spacious and updated, the beds were very comfortable, towels were plentiful and soft. Two full bathrooms were a huge plus for us. The kitchen was equipped with anything you may need - although we ate out for almost every meal, it was nice to have everything there. The location is superb— you are less than ten minutes from downtown Bar Harbor, 8 minutes from the Cadillac Mountain entrance to Acadia, and about 25-30 minutes from Southwest Harbor and the quiet corner of the island. The house is secluded and surrounded by woods - very peaceful morning and night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone. My only caveat would be if traveling with a party of all adults - one bedroom is geared towards children (the room with two twin beds) - those beds are very low to the floor. While it wasn’t an issue for my teen, I could see an older adult having difficulty getting in and out of that bed. All in all, a great house.

Beautiful cottage tucked away in the woods of Acadia

Me and my family of four stayed at this house for a week, and it suited our needs perfectly. We loved the secluded feel of the house, yet close enough to everything on the island that we wanted to do. The appliances in the kitchen were up to date, the beds were very comfy, and the owners left us with little supplies that we would have otherwise had to buy at the grocery store, like: garbage bags, sandwich bags, cooking oils and seasonings, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc. We also thoroughly enjoyed the deck attached to the living room! The only cons to this stay was the $100 fee I had to pay to VRBO after I booked my stay. We also wished there was air conditioning a few times when it got to 80 degrees outside. It can get quite toasty inside, but it can be managed if you keep the windows open at night and close them in the morning. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation and will return ASAP! :)

very nice home, great location, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We had a great week staying at Kelley Grove Cottage. We would happily stay there again in the future. The master bedroom and living area were great! The only drawback is that the other bedrooms have smaller beds (2 twins in one room, a full size in another). Fortunately we only had kids staying with us. Had we been with other adults, the beds would have been too small. But this is a top notch place for families.
