Worst stay

I booked my 1 bedroom not so cozy apt for on Saturday for Wednesday 4:00 -Friday 11, on the day of my trip I arrive at this area I’ve never been in before at 4 I texted my host for the code to the door she didn’t text me back so I called and she kept ignoring me I called an agent and documented everything via video. After almost an hour of waiting later she texted me that I have to wait two extra hours until I can enter the home because it’s not ready

Check in was at four and I arrive there at 4:30 and there’s a pressure cleaning car parked in the drive way and there’s another car parked on the grass and there’s somebody trying to clean the house and I got no house code to get in, but luckily the person cleaning the house was kind to reach out to the owner… eventually the owner calls me apologizing and offered me a refund or to say another place when I specifically booked this place for a reason, knowing it was four minutes away from my family and wouldn’t give me the code of the house till the person cleaning was done and the cleaning person was down at 5:30 so I call the owner to give me the code and she would Fast forward my call not very happy

Ripped off

This place was on the website and I booked it, when I got there the house was full of cars and the house was boarded up for the hurricane. This Jessica lady did not get back to me till 4 hours after I rebooked another place and took me she was sorry. The problem is I never got a refund and spent twice the amount to book another and drive an hour to get there. Please refund me in full.
