Constructed just 8 years ago, this contemporary townhouse offers ample space with 9-foot ceilings! Comfortable, pristine, and luxurious, this residence surpasses expectations! Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom for added convenience. Rarely found downtown, guests benefit from multiple off-street parking spaces. The open-concept kitchen and dining area feature a spacious sit-up island and provide access to the first of two decks, offering guests a delightful outdoor space to enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring their own private bathrooms. One bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, while the other features a private walk-in shower. This set up is great for couples, coworkers, etc., who are traveling together. Each room has a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel like linens. The primary bedroom has a second deck that is perfect for having morning coffee or enjoying the evening!
