The Middle House: Sophisticated and Comfortable
Located at the heart of downtown St. Johnâs, this 3 bedroom townhouse is true to the cityâs character. Take an early morning stroll through Bannerman Park, just steps away. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps. Grab a morning coffee or treat at The Parlour on nearby Military Rd. Immerse yourself in the charm of this unique city. Then, come back home to relax and unwind.
As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the best way to reach us is calling.
Bannerman Park is just a 3 minute walk from the house. Bannerman park is the largest park in St. John's and includes a ballfield, playground, pool & splashpad, walking trails, open spaces to have a picnic or just relax and even an outdoor skating trail in the winter months.
The newly restored Colonial Building is just a 2 minute walk from the house. The Colonial Building is a provincial historic site that was built in 1850 and was home to Newfoundland and Labrador's Legislative Assembly. The building has recently underwent extensive renovations and now again open to the public for tours.
Signal Hill is a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the house. Signal Hill is a very popular tourist destination for hiking and the beautiful views that can be seen from the lookout.
A lot of popular shops, restaurants and pubs can be found on Duckworth Street, Water Street and George Street. The walking distances to these streets from the house are:
