The rooftop and outdoor areas close for large gatherings at 10 PM, though calm stargazing or a late soak in the spa is welcome.
The estate uses exterior security cameras and smart noise/air sensors for safety. There are no recording devices inside the home. Fire extinguishers and emergency ladders are placed throughout for peace of mind.
For everyone’s safety, diving or jumping from balconies or rooftops is strictly prohibited.

I chose this neighborhood because South Tampa is rich with history and lore, and I fell in love with this property the moment I saw it. The rooftop bar framed by the iconic Bayshore balustrades immediately tugged at my heartstrings. I could already picture friends gathered at sunset, sharing stories and laughter against the glowing sky. From that moment, I saw Gaspar in this place and knew it had to become his estate. It gave me the chance to imagine what his world might look and feel like today, and to create a space where others could step into that story and experience a bit of that legend for themselves.

Each bedroom was designed with its own distinct personality, tastefully themed to fit the story of the estate. Most of the artwork was created by the owners or commissioned from independent artists, including custom murals and handmade décor that bring each space to life. We’ve gone above and beyond to curate a true luxury experience, from high-end finishes to thoughtful touches like a fully stocked coffee bar featuring every brewing style, including espresso, French press, pour-over, and moka. Every element was chosen to make guests feel inspired, pampered, and completely at home.
