This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features a spacious living area, 9' ceilings, and expansive windows that provide natural daylight and New York City views. The apartment boasts high-end finishes throughout, and two spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.

Additionally, the building boasts a 24-hour concierge, health club, spa, tenant lounge, and more. Forte Select residents enjoy access to the prestigious Mercedes Club, featuring over 80,000 sq ft of amenities like pools, courts, spas, fitness classes, and outdoor lounges. Access to the club's membership requires additional fee and building approval. Stays less than 90 days may not be able to get paid-access. Please request access directly with the Mercedes Club and note that Rove has no involvement in the application process or access.

- Bookings must start within 7 days of the first available date.
- No gaps of more than 7 days and less than 30 days are allowed between bookings.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
