We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great for having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while looking out to the lake. The location was just where we wanted and the unit was clean and had what we needed. Wally was quick to respond with any questions and we felt like we were in good hands. We plan on staying there for our next Saugatuck trip.

This is a charming 1 bedroom in a perfect location for walking around the town and to the harbor. The porch is a great place to sit and read and enjoy the afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the bathroom had plenty of towels and hot water. Bedroom was comfortable too. We would come again. My husband was pleased with the sports offerings on cable.

Nice place. Great location. Bathroom is small and just a shower would work best instead of the jacuzzi which is extremely slippery. Also some extra space for your stuff in the bedroom would be nice.

We had a great stay! The condo is clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. You can’t beat the location…literally steps from town. There is a grass field across the street that was perfect for our kids to throw the ball around. The views are beautiful! I will definitely stay here again!

This is the third time staying at this property. Wonderful location ,easily walkable to any place in town. Wally and company are gracious hosts and very contactable. My favorite is sitting on the porch overlooking the bay. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect place to stay right in town and can walk to all the shops . Parking might take a bit if you arrive later in afternoon. We got lucky , a spot right across the street. Perfect room everything you need . Beautiful decorated . Loved sitting on the deck watching all the people. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything with a park right across the street. We spent a ton of time on the 2nd floor deck/porch. Wally was great to deal with. Super-responsive and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

A well-appointed apartment. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in Saugatuck. Wally was the perfect host. It is the ideal weekend getaway. Will definitely be back again soon.

Great location. Very clean condo with everything you might need. Balcony was so relaxing and the bed was comfy, which is always a challenge at my age:). Would definitely go back.

Absolutely will stay here again! My husband and I had an extended holiday weekend here and fell in love with this place! So clean, excellent location to EVERYTHING downtown, comfy beds and all amenities! The parking was a little bit of a bummer, not having a dedicated spot, but after the town quiets down, spots opened up right across from the rental. We were able to park on the main street during the day our first day, and in the public parking when we got back the second day. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice little place for their stay in Saugatuck!

We spent 4 nights here in August. The location is outstanding -- right in the heart of downtown, steps away from shopping and dining. The suite is upstairs and has a nice little balcony for enjoying a drink and looking out over the water. Wally was great to work with (we had to change our reservation once and he was very understanding) and he was always just a text away. I don't think the TV is a smart TV, so we had no access to anything other than DIRECTV channels, but we were so busy we didn't really miss it! It's not a huge space (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and then a combo kitchen/living/dining area) but for just two people it was just about perfect.
