The best home for families, travelers, couples, students, and tourists! This newly built townhome is perfect for those exploring Seattle, visiting UW, or working in downtown; while being balanced in a nature-centric part of the city. This place is a haven from the urban hustle but still provides amazing public transportation with a walk score of 91 and a 1/2 mile walk from Roosevelt Station. This is not just a hotel, this is my home and youâll see the care & love Iâve put into the place.

- Modern bathrooms & showers
- Stocked coffee & tea station with a full width bar to enjoy meals at
- Multiple spaces for privacy: private rooftop deck, dining bar, living room, or nearby coffee shops
- Plenty of natural lighting with floor to ceiling windows
- High speed internet & an office setup for remote work
- Great air conditioning & heating
- Fully equipped kitchen with a rooftop grill for BBQs
A central location with a ton to do:
- 1/2 mile walk from Roosevelt Station which connects throughout UW and Seattle
- 50+ amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance
- UW, Capital Hill, Fremont, Wallingford all easily accessible by public transportation
- Green Lake Park offers plenty of outdoor activities: kayaking, golfing, rollerblading
- Hit up the climbing gym in Fremont or head to the Wallingford Zoo
- Or stay in and enjoy a quiet evening with a book or soak up the sun on the rooftop deck

Green Lake offers serenity from the city while being one of the most well connected neighborhoods in Seattle. It's a walk from a Light Rail and transit station that connects you to all other neighborhoods in Seattle with everything you need in a walking distance as well including outdoor activities, groceries, plenty of restaurants, and shops in Roosevelt Square.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The floor to ceiling windows give the townhome a relaxing feel. I also put a lot of effort in creating a space I want to come home to every night; where I can relax and get comfortable. It also has a fully stocked coffee and tea station, with a unique 9 foot wide bar table and a rooftop deck for barbeques.
These things in addition to the proximity to essential services and stellar public transportation make it an ideal home for Seattle visitors.
