📝COMMUNITY RULES:
Smoke-free property/ NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations result in expedited eviction, with no refund and a $500 fine.

🚗PARKING: 1 parking space per unit

🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
