MAGIC VILLAGE RESORT AMENITIES

- The clubhouse pool is managed by a 3rd party and is available for use at a flat rate of $100 per day (all guests included). This is optional and paid to the clubhouse directly. We have no control over this. There are many water parks super close to the resort, as well.

- Parking Lot - There's no additional fee
- Extra guest - There's no additional fee for up to 6 people
- The resort pool, courts, and Fitness Center - $100 extra fee per group per day.
- If you need to, please request Pack n' Play 1-day before your arrival.

• It´s forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection.
Penalties: Any person who violates s. 386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s. 775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation.

• Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. We will provide towels!

Starter Kit for your arrival:
All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom

Housekeeping:
Kindly remember that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized before each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


Food and Condiments:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.


• Resort amenities are NOT INCLUDED. If you want use the amenities you need to pay a fee directly to the clubhouse.

• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide the code.

• Pets are not allowed! Unfortunately, the Resort doesn't accept pets.

• Any kind of food or drinks are not allowed on the beds or carpet area.

We’re located in a vacation area, with another ARBNB’s units. If for some reason, inconvenient noise after 10 pm happens, please call 911, and the police will be there right away.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
