Apartment with Room: KING bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan, TV, full bathroom and hot water, very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Living room with: sofa bed, desk, refrigerator and table. Kitchen with grill, coffee maker, electric oven and blender. Quarto de serviced outdoors inside the apartment. Wi-Fi. Outside is a small common patio with hammock and chairs.
The space
ATTENTION: We have promotion from April 12-17, 2024, because they just paved our street and we are unable to use the parking lot on this site. You can park in the nearby streets and next to the chains that prevent the passage of cars to our street. There are no machines working anymore.
It is a nice space, next to other apartments that we also rent on Airbnb. This space is unique and different from our other spaces as it is wider.
You'll feel like you have your own apartment in Huatulco.
Guest access
the only common area is the patio with the hammock and chairs to rest with the small garden.

The apartment is located in an area where local families live. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet.
