Boasting 1450 sq ft of modern luxury, our top-level apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a stunning balcony with breathtaking views. Located only minutes away from Downtown Gatlinburg
Enjoy the perfect mountain retreat with this fully renovated and stylishly decorated Condo, suitable for couples or families of 4-8.
THE SPACE
The kitchen comes equipped with appliances like a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cookware, cutlery, and a closet at the entryway for easy storage.
Experience ultimate comfort in our living room, equipped with a reversible sleeper sofa, stunning Mountain View's through large windows, and a SmartTV for entertainment. The fireplace sets the mood, while the bar cabinet offers a variety of games. Additionally, find the washer and dryer in the nearby hallway, along with detergent and an iron in the cabinet above.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a SmartTV, and a walk-in closet followed by a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen-size beds, a SmartTV, and a closet.
Both bathrooms come equipped with the essentials: and a hair dryer for your convenience.
The balcony comes furnished with comfortable patio seating and boasts a stunning view and breathtaking sunsets.
