Welcome to your cozy cottage retreat, nestled in the charming Divine Redeemer neighborhood. Ideal for corporate rentals, this home is conveniently located near downtown, the Olympic Training Center, Memorial Hospital, and Colorado College. It's the perfect place to stay for a while and feel right at home!
This one bedroom, one bathroom home offers convenience for your travels with the addition of the desired amenities you need. The bedroom offers a comfortable nights rest on the comfy queen mattress and easy access to the homes full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials to make your stay feels as though you are right at home! Unwind in the living room streaming your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TV or if needed, there is a dedicated workspace with monitor and printer so you can work from home comfortably. Head out back to the private backyard and enjoy the evening weather around the firepit or grilling a delicious BBQ. The home also offers the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer at your disposal. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you're sure to appreciate the beautiful Colorado outdoors and the comfort of this lovely cottage.
