This rustic house is situated in a privileged place of the parish of the fetrate near the sea, is surrounded by vineyards and other cultures, fresh air, radious sun. Excellent space for resting and relaxing with birds chilre.
From the courtyard, terrace and windows of the house we can have the stunning privilege of observing the sea and the islet of goats.
The bathroom with shower and all the utensils that concerns it.

At the back of the house there is a patio with tables, chairs and barbecue with stunning and healthy interior view.
This rustic house is a T3 has a living room with plasma TV, together with a complete kitchen, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making machine and other kitchen utensils. There is a room of the washing and drying machines.
