Relish the solitude of our hilltop home while you listen and view songbirds such as the Eastern Phoebe, Yellow Warbler, Cedar Waxwings and Indigo Buntings and more. The night sky is also perfect for stargazing while sitting around the firepit. Located near Binghamton, NY, this house is a dream with a spectacular panoramic view of seven mountains that fold into one another. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, our pleasant property offers a superb stay for guests. The main floor bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, downstairs BR with a shower. You'll find all the essentials like WiFi, a washer and dryer, and AC. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling near Binghamton or the Endless Mountains, PA.
Enjoy the property that includes a charming old stone milk house which adjoins the patio entry to the house. You can experience nature on the porch, and enjoy the flora and fauna.

There is a Ring Doorbell at the entrance door next to the entry keypad. It records exterior video and audio for security purposes.

Tenants agree to the following rental rules at all times when on the property:
*Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
*NO Parties, events or casual gatherings, an additional fee will of $200.00 will be charged if more than 10 visitors, independent of overnight guests are at the property.
*NO more than 6 over night guests to sleep at the property or there will be an additional fee of $25 per person per night.
*No pets allowed
*Smoking is NOT permitted in the house or on the deck

My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything and used the oven to warm some dishes up before heading to my parents for dinner.We wish we had more time to spend here!

We booked this property for two nights and left after the first because it was unsafe and unsanitary. The house had spiderwebs, dirty floors, stained bedding, and even used sheets stuffed into a pillowcase, which was extremely unhygienic. On top of that, while we knew there was a Ring doorbell, the host actively monitored us in real time and later admitted there were motion detectors inside the home. Even though they claimed they weren’t connected, there was no way for us to know — and they only revealed this after I said we felt uncomfortable, even though I never gave a reason, which made it clear we were being watched. Overall, this property violated basic cleanliness and privacy standards, and I cannot recommend it.

This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

What a wonderful place to spend a weekend or a whole week with family -- or several fmailies. This spaceious yet cozy home sits atop a hill with views for miles of the rolling hills of Northern Pennsylvania. Or up close you can see families of rabbits hop around. When we stayed we also got sunshine and lovely weather. The hosts made sure we had everything and knew where everything was -- it was a Pennyslvania Paradise!

We charge a cleaning fee of $80.00 for normal usage. HOWEVER, excessive need for cleaning will be charged to your security deposit. We ask that you strip all beds and place sheets in the pillow case leaving them in each bedroom. Please leave quilts/blankets on the beds. Leave all bath towels inside the shower.

Rental condition: Keep property and all furnishings as you’ve found them. Return all items to their original spots. Tenants are asked to return all items used outside to their original storage spots as you found them. Tenants will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures or personal property of the owner during the term of this lease unless caused by an Act of God. Upon arrival, Tenants will inspect the property and report any damage or issues to the homeowners immediately. An inspection will be done after checkout by the guest and care taker. The property MUST be left in the same condition it was at check-in, or part or all of security deposit to be forfeited. Any damaged items will be charge to the guest at replacement value.

Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
