- The primary bedroom features a King Bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and views of the peaceful salt ponds. The primary bath features double sinks, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub.
- There is a guest bedroom featuring a King Bed and TV for your guests convenience.
- The other guest bedroom features a Queen Bed and TV.

There is dock space for up to a 27’ boat and 3’ boating draft, this home is a boater's paradise including a fish cleaning station. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
