Three Little Birds PCB one bedroom w/balcony: perfect for your next beach trip!
Welcome to the Three Little Birds PCB condo, a gorgeous one bedroom that sleeps 5 with a private balcony in Tower 3 at the amazing Edgewater Resort.
Inside Three Little Birds PCB, guests will find a fantastic living space with access to our private balcony where we offer seating to soak up the stunning water views and incredible sunsets of the Emerald Coast. We have a sleeper sofa and a comfy recliner to enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, complimentary high speed fiber wifi, and a full kitchen with bar seating. In the kitchen, we have all the dishware and cooking utensils needed to make meals of any size plus there are all the small appliances you might need including a traditional coffee pot, a k-cup coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
In the bedroom is a king size bed, smart TV, closet, and access to the bathroom that has a walk-in shower. We also have a child's couch that sleeps one youngster. Along with the sleeper sofa, this rounds out sleeping for 4 adults and 1 child. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and one parking pass. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. You'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
